THOUGHTS BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP

In our day to day life we are engaged in so many activities in the duration of waking up from the bed in the morning till going to the bed again to sleep, some go to office and deal there with different kind of situation and peoples, some peoples have fun with their friends, some are having fight and arguments with someone and some have tension for the future and last but not least some go on a date with their special one and enjoy and so on.

So what I was explaining above is after spending a whole day engaging in different activities, now it’s time to go to the bed to have peaceful sleep but as it is human tendency that nothing is easy so how it can be easy to have a peaceful sleep – Ha Ha !  So, when we are lying on the bed to have a sleep there are so many different thoughts that goes around in our mind like what I did wrong in a whole day, what I did something good which will make me happy, analyzing what was my words during the argument which were right or wrong so we can apologize , some people regrets what they have done in their past, some people try to remember their best memories with their family and with someone special, some peoples are tensed about what is going to happen in their future. Oh God, it is  a never ending list.

What I feel is we are surrounded by a mixture of positive and negative thoughts in our life and with a lot of questions in our mind. It is because we are not satisfied with what we have and somewhere we have doubts in our mind on our dreams, on our hard work and most probably on our own this results in disappointment and wrong expectations from life, from peoples which results in losing hope and then we wait for the destiny to make it happen. Let me refer some quote here which I literally found so motivating-

“Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive about what could go right.”

“Never be afraid to fall apart because it is an opportunity to rebuild yourself the way you wish you had been all along.”

All these thoughts, worries and overthinking becomes the reason for not letting us sleep peacefully and it not only ruins our sleeps but also it ruins our tomorrow which may be results in opportunity but we miss that opportunity by not performing well because of the shit that was going around in our mind at that point of time when we need to be calm and happy not only by face but also by our inner soul.

Solution to overcome out of this kind of shit is just to have faith on yourself and your prayers, surround yourself with lot of positive energy and self motivate yourself everytime when you feel you are falling down because nothing is constant in life, if you face bad days then there will be the time for good days also for sure.

Don’t compare your beginning with others and have courage to at least try to complete your dreams because trying is the beginning of all big things. Include meditation in your daily schedule it will prove helpful for creating a sense of calm.

I personally use is self talk & self motivation therapy before sleeping and it helps me a lot. Let me tell you the interesting thinking behind closing eyes through a quote –
