“A clear vision, backed by definite plans, gives you a tremendous feeling of confidence and personal power.” ― Brian Tracy
We all are different from each other, may be the skill that I have other person don’t have that skill. If someone is good at studies then other may be good at cooking so our talents are different and these talents and hobbies differentiate us from each other.
We can’t just dream and directly execute without a planning, it will result in failure. To get success we need a proper planning just as for buying house middle class family needs to save money for may be 5-6 years or may be 8-9 years or may be more, so they used planning even to buy a house. This was a living example of planning that we see in our life. So planning is needed at every level of life i.e. in personal life, in professional life etc. Planning is the starting phase which shows the process that will lead us to completion of our dream.
Even in our day to day life we use planning so that we can accomplish the work that we had decided in the morning till the end of the day. So planning is involved even in our daily life Just like that our future is also the result of the planning that we had done in our past. Planning is something that gives us confidence and a feeling of personal power and strength to fight for our dreams and make those dreams successful. When we start the process of achieving something without a proper planning and result is negative then we start regretting and criticizing that we should have done this or that, so it is better to spend time on planning what you can or will do, then on spending time on contemplating on what you should have done. It is well said-
“When you do the things in the present that you can see, you are shaping the future that you are yet to see.”
– Idowu Koyenikan
In my whole above discussion I was explaining that planning is the key of success. Let’s have example there were two students. One was very intelligent in studies and other was an average. They both were preparing for the same exams. The intelligent one was one spending his more time on enjoying with friends and less time on study as he was thinking that he is good at studies he does not need to spend more time and he did not make any plan which subject he should start first and how much time it will take him to finish that subject so that he can start the other subject also and revisions are also to be done. While the other one who was an average at studies planned his schedule according to the time left for exams and included revision also in the schedule and in the middle of the preparation he felt that some changes to the planning are needed to accomplish the whole syllabus so he made necessary changes and executed that planning in the same way. As a result of this an average one student cleared the exams and passed with good marks because he planned his time in the best way to get best outcome although he was not so intelligent while the intelligent one got failed because he did not use his time in the best manner.
It is okay to make changes to the planning if needed in the middle of the journey as changes are requirement of time and we should moderate our plan as and when required. One more important thing is that only having a dream in the eyes and planning in mind is not enough also we need to STAY on that planning and follow the each and every step of the planning is important to accomplish the dream and to reach our destination.
At last I will say that whenever you decide to do something in your life whether to own a business or to have a house of your choice or to spend your life enjoying with the friends or anything else, then your choices and actions are shaping your future as well as your family’s future so, just plan your actions or your life accordingly that what you are doing? and where you wants to go? And how you will reach there? So that you can achieve it on time and in the same manner as you want and it causes no harm to you and your closed ones. Someone rightly said that-
“By Failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.”
– Benjamin Franklin
